Placing an Order
A booking will only be confirmed and the date of your event reserved once we have received the completed booking form and relevant deposit.
If the booking occurs within 14 days of the event payment is to be made in full at the time of the booking.
We reserve the right to update our prices for an increase/decrease at any time. We will take all reasonable measures to contact you of any price increase whilst we are processing your order. We will not increase your price once your order has been confirmed and the booking has been placed.
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure your booking.
The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event.
We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, PayPal, card payments or cheque.
Cheques must be made payable to Sweets Dreams LTD

All payment details are on our invoices sent to you, once we've received the booking form.
Cancellations result in the loss of the deposit made at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the full balance.
If for any reason that Sweets Dreams LTD , has to cancel the booking, any payment made will be fully refunded.
All carts/equipment will be photographed once in place at the venue. After the end of your event assuming nothing is damaged or missing. Any loss or damage incurred, will be charged accordingly.
Customer Liability
Sweets Dreams LTD cannot be deemed liable should any guests at your function take an allergic reaction to any sweets provided at your event.
Please note that we will not provide sweets with nuts but some of the sweets may have traces of nuts or may have been produced alongside other products containing nuts.
Customers should also ensure children are suitably supervised at all times as Sweets Dreams LTD CANNOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery at your function.
